Welcome to The Pin Wall

These terms apply to your use of The Pin Wall online store and purchases from us. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. The seller for purchases from this store is The Pin Wall. Contact us at thepinwall@gmail.com or through our contact form.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the purchase policies made available before checkout, subject to any rights that cannot be waived by law. If you are not legally able to enter a purchase agreement, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase.

Products and listings

Read the item title, selected option, photographs, format labels, and any preorder notice before ordering. Unless a listing expressly identifies a set or pack, selecting an individual character buys that individual item rather than every item pictured in a collection. A loose Single Pin is sold without a backing card unless stated otherwise. Mystery packs contain the sealed assortment offered; a particular character or duplicate-free selection is not guaranteed unless expressly promised.

Images may be reference photographs. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance. Any material condition or contents represented in a listing remain part of the offer. Contact us before purchase if you need more information.

Prices, payment, and order information

The price, currency, selected quantity, shipping charges, taxes, and applicable discounts are shown before you complete checkout. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Your payment is processed through the payment services offered at checkout.

Availability can change until an order is accepted and fulfilled. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and seek your agreement to any proposed change or provide an appropriate cancellation and refund. We will not increase the amount charged without your agreement.

Shipping and preorders

Our Shipping policy covers dispatch information, packaging, delivery issues, and preorders. Clearly identified preorders are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation before delivery unless we authorize an exception in writing. After delivery, the return rules for the item category apply. Any legally required cancellation, delay-notice, or refund rights take priority over this restriction.

You can contact support at any time for preorder updates and check the product page for posted information. If we cannot meet a stated shipping time, we will provide required notice and options rather than treating a website update as your agreement to a delay.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy is part of these terms. Change-of-mind return requests are accepted within 3 calendar days after delivery for loose Single Pins, including those also labeled LE/LR or OE, and within 7 calendar days after delivery for other LE/LR pins. Other Open Edition items and mystery packs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These rules do not limit remedies required by law for damaged, defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.

Using the website

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's information, or copy store content in a way that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights. External links, such as Instagram, lead to services governed by their own terms.

Our brand and third-party rights

The Pin Wall is an independent shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company. Disney names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Pin Wall branding and original store content may not be used in a way that misrepresents your relationship with us.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Order and support messages are separate from optional marketing subscriptions. Provide an email address you can access so we can send order updates and respond to you.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes any non-waivable consumer rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections; these terms do not require you to waive access to remedies available under that law.

Updates and contact
