Pre-Sale Policy

Effective for orders placed after publication on October 23, 2026.

What a pre-sale means

A pre-sale, preorder, or advance order is for merchandise not ready for immediate shipment. The product must be identified as a pre-sale before purchase. Review its expected shipping date or window, item description, price, payment schedule, and any allocation limits. A manufacturer release date is not necessarily our dispatch date. Contact thepinwall@gmail.com before purchasing if timing is essential.

Payment and final sale

The payment amount and timing shown at checkout apply. If checkout collects the full price, you are paying in full when ordering; a deposit or installment arrangement applies only if expressly disclosed and agreed before purchase. We will not charge an additional balance or increase the price without authorization.

Pre-sales are final sale: no change-of-mind cancellation, exchange, return, or price adjustment unless we agree in writing or the law requires otherwise. This applies before and after fulfillment. It does not remove required cancellation rights for shipping delays, inability to supply, applicable international cooling-off periods, or remedies for defective, incorrect, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.

Availability, allocations, and substitutions

Release quantities, park availability, supplier allocations, and manufacturer schedules can change. We cannot guarantee access to an item beyond the commitments made in its listing. We will not substitute a different design, condition, or product without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item, we will notify you and promptly refund all amounts collected for that unfulfilled item and attributable charges as required by law. Store credit will not be forced in place of a required refund.

Shipping estimates and delay notices

We must have a reasonable basis for the dispatch estimate stated when you order. If we cannot ship within the promised period—or the applicable legal period when no shipping time was stated—we will send the required direct notice with a revised shipment estimate, or explain when no reliable estimate is available, and give the required option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

For U.S. orders, where no dispatch time is stated, the applicable federal rule generally requires shipment within 30 days. We will obtain any consent required to continue a delayed order and cancel and refund when consent is absent or cannot lawfully be presumed. We will provide further notices or obtain renewed consent where further delay requires it. You do not agree to unlimited delays by placing a pre-sale order. A website or social-media update alone does not replace a notice or consent required for your order.

You may request an update at any time. A carrier transit estimate after dispatch is separate from the pre-sale fulfillment window. Unexpected events do not excuse required delay notices, refunds, or other non-waivable rights.

Orders containing available and pre-sale products

Any plan to hold available merchandise until a pre-sale is ready must be disclosed before purchase. If that arrangement was not disclosed, we will not treat the pre-sale as permission to extend the shipping promise for other items. Split shipment arrangements and any extra postage require prior disclosure and agreement; we will not add unexpected shipping charges.

Address changes and delivery

Keep your email and delivery address current and send corrections promptly. Changes are effective only once confirmed and may not be possible after dispatch. Carrier claims, return-to-sender costs, and international customs are covered by our Shipping Policy. Report visible damage or missing contents within 72 hours under our Refund Policy; this does not shorten statutory rights.

Policy priority and existing orders

The specific offer and any written agreement for your order apply with our Terms of Service. Mandatory law controls any conflict. This policy applies prospectively and does not remove rights promised on an earlier order.
